About 1 million (Dar es Salaam) to 1 and a half million (regional), you will pay for the renovation service. That cost will involve us visiting your home in need of renovation, making a sketch and renovation plan if needed.

Pay 1 mil / 1.5 mil in Installment.

Pay 1 mil / 1.5 mil in installments for up to one year, or pay in lump-sum.

An additional 20 mil to 1 bil

After making a payment of 1 mil / 1.5 mil, and getting a renovation plan, we will add you from 20 mil to 1 bil depending on the repair needs of your home.

Pay 20 mil to 1 bil

After the renovation is complete, you will pay the extra amount for the repair in  installments over a period of up to 25 years or you will pay in lump-sum.
